Looking to buy or sell real estate in Wisconsin?  You have come to the right place.  I was born and raised in Oconomowoc.  I have been a resident of Jefferson County for 17 years.  I have been a licensed realtor for three years with almost 20 years of customer service experience.  Having bought and sold my personal real estate, I know how challenging the market can be.  

 

My husband Scott and I live in Fort Atkinson.  We have two children. Samantha is 12 years old and Danielle is 10 years old.  Scott is a Sheriff's Deputy with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. He also has K-9 partner named Jasko.  Jasko lives at home with us when he is "off duty". 

 

With our two children, and Scott's profession, we stay very involved with the community.  I am a member of the Fort Atkinson Chamber of Commerce, Johnson Creek Chamber of Commerce, and the Watertown Chamber of Commerce.  I am an active volunteer at Rockwell School and the Middle School.  I am a past President of the Rockwell PTO and I have also been a Girl Scout Leader.  My community involvement helps me to keep my finger on the pulse of the community and keeps me very familiar with all of the markets.

In 2007 I obtained my Broker's License.  This training and education is an extension of my State of Wisconsin Realtors License.  It is the additional training that is needed if you wish to work independently or manage an office of realtors.  It is invaluable training, education, and experience that I can offer to all of my clients.

 

I am a member of the Jefferson County Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Wisconsin Real Estate Association.  These memberships provide me with even more tools and resources to offer my clients and also provides me with up to the minute market updates and legal information. 

 

Also included in my memberships is the Metro-Milwaukee Multiple Listing Service, and the South Central Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service.  Not everyone is a member of more than one MLS system.  With membership in both services, I can double your market exposure whether you are buying or selling a home.
